Caller said her name was "Jenny" and she was from Virgin and it was about my Broadband. Nothing further was said as I was screaming at her that she was a "bleep" scammer and to get a proper job. Throat sore now but strangely satisfying!

Pretending to be Microsoft security. Indian sounding operative called ,"James" !! Asking me to confirm name & address & if I'm the main user of my computer,stating he has all my data ! I simply said , I bet you are security with Microsoft & hung up !

RECORDED MESSAGE Alleged that my broadband connection "had been shown to be engaging in illegal activities and criminal action was about to commence". If I pressed a relevant button it would connect me to BT broadband's security to help prevent this legal action being initiated. Needless to say this number has now been added to my barred calls list on the excellent BT Call Guardian provided by BT on my line.
