this is back - claimed to be from bank regarding tractions declined and approved & wanting you reply

They go around sending text messages purporting to be from your bank, and it works by spoofing your bank's telephone number, and then it refers you to a text from this number which claims also to be from the bank - which it isn't, saying you've got transactions that were rejected for fraud and some that went through. Then a few hours later they ring you up to try and get you to give them further information so they can trick you into providing your security details. THIS IS NOT YOUR BANK. Person on the phone had an English accent. I suspect there has been a data breach through ebay itself or somehow one of the sellers on ebay.
