Supposed to be from Microsoft I asked for his telephone number which did not correspond to number displayed on screen. Also aked for office address but only was told Reading. Very insistant that I should carry out instruction he was giving me, I said no and he replied that my computer would be blocked. I told him that I did not have any more time to speak with him, once again he stated that my computer would be blocked. I said goodbye and hung up
