On answering an automated message informed me of suspicious activity on my debit card and listed two transactions with two options: press 1 to authorise or 2 to speak to an agent. Option 2 put me through to someone asking how they could help me. After asking who I was talking to he said something about sorting debit card queries and when I asked which bank, he hung up. Called the number back to be told I'd dialled an incorrect number.
