Saying from BT ( Indian voice) and we are not getting proper speed from internet, when questioned as to what he wanted he started going into a script. I said nothing wrong with speed for what we need, and that I thought he was scammer and talking rubbish( or words to that effect). He started getting angry and threatening saying internet would be switched off, he hung up.
