I was called from an unknown UK mobile number by a woman claiming to be from 02 about me having an outdated SIM and that my number would be deactivated and they needed to send me a new Sim. I questioned who they were and she said from O2 she then said oh can you confirm your email address so I can send you the details to which I said no if you called me, you should have my email address and details. She then said my number is going to be deactivated and she needed to post a new SIM to me be would I be in tomorrow to receive it. I said but I don’t have a number with O2, I’m with EE and she said I didn’t say O2 I said all networks to which I said well you’re not having my email address. I will call EE directly and confirm at that point she hung up .This is the second call like this in two days
