Text msg - they didn't identify themselves but said my appointment on a specific date had to be cancelled and I should ring an 0333 number. I do have an EDF appointment but on a different date so could be genuine but why don't they identify themselves? Will ignore as suspicious.

Edf got hacked and details got out. It’s why you had to change your password. It’s also why you are getting an uptick in spam

Text message from this number re smart meter not working properly. Partner MPAAS will contact me to book appointment. This probably means they want access to my home. Not happening. Beware!!!
