‘Oscar’ from EE. Asian accent. Offered 40% discount on my bill. Asked me amount of my last bill but hung up when I told him he would already know this if he was really from EE!

Received caller from this mobile (!!!) number at 10.52 today when my phone was off, but they left no msg. If scamming as HMRC are their staff now using mobile phones for work???? Number now blocked.
