I thought it would be spam so just said hello. The caller just kept saying 'hello' over and over again, with a really annoying voice and I could hear in the background muffled voices, as in a call centre. If they have to use random mobile numbers to try and get people to pick up then it will always be a scam or a nuisance call. Number duly blocked!!
