Called this morning. The person knew my name? Said he had details passed to him by my creditors!! and offered to help me pay them. When I started asking him questions, he became offensive and stated that debt collectors would be on my doorstep in the morning.

I guessed it was a scam call so didn’t answer and blocked the number after checking it out. If it’s a genuine call they will leave a voice mail message.

Didn't answer as I knew it's a cold caller, simple...don't answer if not in contact list. They can leave a voice message if genuine.

Claimed to be from EE. I asked him to remove my details from his system as I don't want EE calling me - he then began to repeat 'You f'ing c***'.

I didn’t say hello and they hung up, Call was at about the same time as an unknown caller yesterday which has come up as a scammer on this site.
