SCAM FRAUD CALL. DON'T ANSWER & BLOCK

Called to ask how my service has been with EE and that I am eligible for a 30% discount off my bill. Also sent 2 emails whilst on the call, 1 confirming the discount then another with a PIN code to use to change my password. The emails looked very legit but I hung up and called EE directly to clarify. Glad I did as it was indeed a scam!

Caller claimed to be from Auto Cover saying my phone would be cut off for non payment. As soon as I played along he hung up. Definitely a scam.

Said they were calling to see how my service was with Virgin Media as they’ve been receiving a lot of complaints.

Called me claiming to be from O2 saying my SIM card is going to be deactivated but not to worry there will be a new one coming tommorow and asked for my email address which I know O2 already has on their system I hanged up and they persistently called me another 5 times lol

I got a voicemail just saying goodbye in a robotic voice. Lasted only a few seconds and nothing else. Creepy.
