As first message said I had a discrepancy of £12.74 on my water account wanted my bank details which I refused my husband intervened on the call and the caller called him a c##t and hung up!! I reported this call to united utilities and gave them the mobile number!!

Suggested I had a small amount owing on my water service bill. They would monitor usage for next 30 days and then test for leakage. I provided card details!!!. Fortunately my bank intervened as an attempt had been made to take a very large sum .
