whoever says this is a legit number is probably from the scammers. the phone shows up as legit in AI results as well - very dangerous. it’s a close number to the real number if you check actual DHL website. The most alarming part is i am waiting for a parcel from the country the scammer claims a parcel is waiting for me to pay customs and duty. The name of the recipient is correct too. However, I know the merchant hasn’t even shipped the products yet. They probably have created a shipping label and the scammers got hold of it. Do not pay DHL customs duty over the phone. they always sent you email with link to pay. Always wait for the merchant to confirm tracking number and shipment.

It's a legitimate number. It is a call centre for DHL and they knew all the details. It's all listed on the DHL site as their Customs and Duty number.

Asian lady saying from DHL about a delivery from Paris. I am awaiting a delivery from Paris but wanted £56, on a €160 item. Told her I would contact the firm which I have done. Wanted me to call back on the number she used. A few years ago had a delivery from Australia and DHL sent an email with a link to pay .

Scam DHL impersonator asking you to pay import duty .. Number very similar to real DHL help line number so be careful .. DHL don't ring you for import duty - they'll email you with a proper invoice ..
