email purporting to be from Santander. Very well written. Says they've set up a new direct debit and gives details of amount, payee, dates etc and strongly advises to call Santander on 0333 339 4337 if you believe it to be unauthorised. Recipients of the email who have a bank account with Santander may be tempted to call the number
