Kept ringing asking if I was the person and I said I wasn't free and tried to ask what I was doing and wanted to know the reason then hung up when I said none of his business but could hear music in back ground

I can't tell if this is genuinely Three or not. They asked for my name, said it was about my Three account (which I recently closed) and they hung up. I then got a text from Three which was genuine saying I am behind on my payments. So frustrating as I have sorted this matter out multiple times on the phone with Three and asked them to stop contacting me. I cancelled my 5g broadband as the signal was so terrible and they waived the early termination fee.

Kept trying to make my wife panic thinking she was behind on her Three bill. Kept fumbling on reason for call after I pressed them. Ended the call and blocked number

Someone took a contract out with three in my name and also somehow set up a DD, I cancelled the DD. and contacted three also the police....Three is investigating but the hassle it's caused....I'm not with three and never have been, suddenly few minutes ago this number called and told me it's regarding my account I hung up and blocked...... scamming thief's.

They first stay silent and wait for you to speak, and they call at random times, often early in the morning. This started happening right after I decided to close my Three broadband account. They begin by asking me to confirm my name and then immediately move on to security questions which is so wrong. When I ask why they’re calling, they just repeat that it’s about my account. It’s clearly a scam, and it’s disgusting. The fact that this started only after I chose to close my account is suspicious. It feels like someone inside the company is collecting information, or that Three is selling customer data to third parties. Absolutely disgraceful. I was called again just now, told them I would contact Three myself if necessary, and then blocked the number.

Missed their call twice and both times was some male making sexual moaning noises down the phone. Very weird. Blocked

It's 3, can't cancel online without IMEI number, so they try and intimidate you if you cancel the DD (out of contract btw)

Three has sold my information to this person. I contacted Digital Assistance, and they have no recollection of this on their logs; therefore, it was a scammer. Because they had the valid Three information I gave them, my address, first and last name and postcode. I was going to pay them £24, but I read all this and inquired with the Three team; they reassured me it was a scammer. Do not use Three they will sell your information Do not trust this number neither as verified by Three Support Team. Block this number and proceed with your 'Three Contract', which you should never put yourself into.

Rung straight after I'd rung 3 with paying my final bill. No one answered they could just be collecting a sample of your voice. Obviously someone at 3 selling data

Phoned me every single day since my three internet has appeared to be shut off due to a missed payment. It’s clearly a scammer trying to pretend to be Three using one of their numbers however they are calling me sometimes twice maybe three times a day, and also I find it highly suspicious that they are only calling me since I haven’t paid Three which could mean they potentially have information on your Three account. Dangerous. And if that is the case, Three must be selling data to third parties.

Keep receiving these calls saying I owe a outstanding BILL , Ii only have one contract with 3 , and it is payed by Direct Debit , and also received a Text , that they are now contacting a Debt Collection Agency , it's an absolute Joke
