Car finance reclaim. Started with a chatbot, said I wanted to speak to an adviser. Connected to a male with a north eastern england accent, he repeated that I had had finance for a car purchase. I strung him along for a couple of minutes. I asked what details he had for me. He read out my name, address and mobile number and my date of birth. He declined to offer the name of the finance company or the name of the organization he was calling from. I told him he was wasting my time, he became irritated and told me I was wasting his time! Said he should consider getting a proper job and not be trying to intimidate innocent members of the public. He ended the call. I have never borrowed money for a car purchase.
