12th time these scammers have tried to contact me. All calls just go straight to answer phone, so I don't have to deal with these pond life characters and simply delete. Only people that get thru are those in my actual contacts. Adios to that stress. Stay vigilant folks🙏😎👍Never answer unknown numbers. It stops a flood of calls, trust me on that.😭

An unsolicited call from the energy team . Never answer and call block .Have been receiving calls at least twice a week for up to a year .The call number is changed weekly .

A large number of calls over the last few months. The number keeps changing. I tell the person? I'm not interested but they keep calling. Trying to get me a cheap tariff for my utilities.A load of old rot. THESE PEOPL NEED STOPPING...

they call and know your name, which I must admit throws you a bit.. then they try to talk about Energy tariffs

It's an AI scam. I listened to about 7 versions of "I'm calling from the Energy team, here to help find a cheaper tariff to reduce costs" before I hung up.

Introduce themselves & know my name they try to get you a better energy price and talk over you when you try to tell them you already have a new fixed tariff with your provider and don't want to listen to you. In the end I just hung up. I've been called 4 times now each time with a different number claiming to get me a cheaper energy tariff

Voice response call claiming to be from my "Energy Advisor". A SCAM. It's time for BT and the telcomms industry to put an end to these calls, mainly using VOIP. They have the technology to do so.

Pretty sure this is an AI scam. Person answers the phone with "hello this is Emily, is this ......" before I even say hello. Then takes ages to respond. Keep calling us and can't get a hint when we put the phone down.
