Company overdales saying debt collectors were coming spoke to overdales and they’ve said it’s a scam and to ignore it

Have had many nuisance calls on this topic during the last 6 weeks, using a landline. I contacted the company requesting this stop, and it did for a week or two. At 12.45pm today, I had a call from from the mobile stated above, a persistent woman called Emily. I politely told her I wasn't interested and that I was going to hang up - which I did!

Cold call someone from the energy team saying that they could help me with my energy bills...cave a curt but polite response....where did they get my number without my permission?
