An Asian chap called said he was ringing about the housing problem I've reported. That he deals with housing disrepair that he's from housing department in the area. I said I haven't reported a housing issue and that I have a private landlord. He said his colleague must have typed the wrong number

just had a call from an indian man advising he was from a housing repair team that works for local authorities , soon as i questioned who he works for he disconnected the call
