Supposedly British Gas wanting to book me in for an efficiency assessment, hung up when challenged needing to know who was the bill payer.

Pretending to be British Gas, wasn’t taking like someone trained in customer service, kept saying look and listen, told them I wasn’t the bill payer and he kept on asking to book a visit, seems very unlikely that a British Gas rep would talk like this
