Claims to be OVO trying to force me to have a smart meter.
Calls daily.
Spoken English is so poor it could be scammers.
If it is OVO they won't take no for an answer and keep calling.
Have blocked the number.

I have received numerous calls from this number. If I answer it asks for personal information and is a scam. I have told the person to stop calling as I know they are a scam, fingers crossed as it’s hard to block on a landline

OVO (Indian accent) asking be to book an appointment to change to a smart meter. I am sick of being harassed. Said no and blocked number.

Couldn't understand where the lady said she was calling from but mentioned meters I assumed a smart meter which I have told Ovo repeatedly I do not want a smart meter as I don't pay by direct debt.

Unexpected call from lady with strong accent - possibly Indian - claiming to be from my energy supplier regarding ‘engineers working in my area who could install a smart meter’ . Hard to have a conversation with due to her accent. She was giving either an incorrect, or horribly mispronounced name of my energy supplier.
Strongly suspect this is a scam and hung up
