They said they were from )2 and saving me money on my bill . But after Half an hour wanted me to pay a payment from my card for accounts I have already been paying for 4 years

Had this number call offering new promotion plan for mobile contract. When about to transfer monies (. £50 up front payment) they said bank has declined transaction. Phoned bank who stated no transaction has been made for payment to go out. Refused to proceed on basis they could not confirm valid utility warehouse business who my contract is currently with.
