Kept calling back from multiple different phone numbers, demanding why I do not want their help with a car accident claim and remaining on the phone despite me insisting that they leave me alone, not giving ANY details or answering questions, told to not call again and remove me from their call list. Advised that their call was being recorded by myself, that they were highlighted as a scam and that they were making me feel vulnerable after requesting to not be called again.

I had this call today, it came up with a suspected scam warning on the phone. I didn't speak, and let the man on the other end say his script about housing damage report and then hung up on him.

'Housing department' saying they are returning my call for the damage I have reported in my house - I said 'no it's not us' and the proceeded to ask me if I had problems like damp or mould. That's when I got assertive and they said' oh sorry wrong number' clearly preying on elderly council house tenants and people who cannot tell it's clearly a fraudulent call. Please beware. I have deleted and blocked.
