Had a call 5min ago couldn't understand what he was saying, I've got a boiler issue that I reported to my local council. Though it was from them, but wasn't so hung up and blocked number.

Allegedly I have reported a dangerous incident to my housing officer- I hung up as it’s rubbish . The guy had an Irish accent and tried to intimidate me.
