I had a landline phone call from an Asian type lady saying she was from Domestic and General a company I insure with. She said I was getting a discount on my washing machine payment as I hadn't missed any payments. She asked me to confirm my name, address and DOB which I wasn't happy about do she put me on to her male supervisor who assured me not to worry they just needed to update their records. He then asked me for bank details so they could change my monthly amount. It was only then that I got even more suspicious and put the phone down. I genuinely thought it was D&G at first as I had contacted them last week about a repair. I almost got caught out!
