The caller supposedly from YU Energy was insistent that I provide details from an invoice of which I didn't have. She said that some customers are being overcharged. She has since called back and was insistent that I provide details of our electricity contract. I haven't given her anything. I asked her instead to email me with the email address that YU Energy would have been provided with when we signed up but she said that the problem couldn't be resolved by email. We don't actually know of any problem so more than likely a scam.
