Caller claimed to be my policy advisor but couldn’t provide any details. Hung up immediately.
I received a silent call with background noise, felt very uneasy about it.
The person on the other end just mumbled something about insurance and hung up when I asked for details. Scam alert!
This number keeps calling about some fake domestic appliance insurance. We never signed up for anything like that. Definitely a scam.
They called me saying I had a direct debit for an insurance policy. Checked my bank, nothing there. Be careful, this is a total scam.
Unsolicited call. The caller claimed to be my policy advisor. I asked what company and what policy. All I got in response was "i'm your policy advisor". I hung up. 15 second call. Definite scam. Please do NOT give anyone calling from this number any information. If you have given a caller on this number any information that could help them access a financial account or create a false identity, (yours), then please take immediate action to protect yourself from financial loss or identity theft.
Said we had domestic appliance insurance with them. We don't have this. He said "if you check your bank statement you'll find direct debit payments". None. We don't pay insurance by DD. Odd, but obviously some sort of scam.
No response when I answered, just heard other voices in background and then phone went dead. Very suspicious!
