They claim to be offering phone plan upgrades but refuse to send any information in writing. Definitely shady.

Apparently Vodafone, calling to say I was due an upgrade on my phone. All I needed to do was make a one-off payment of £30 and I would receive a new iPhone 15. Too good to be true, I think so. The man was not happy when I didn't want to proceed with this amazing deal.
