Claimed to be phoning from Microsoft and has sent many warnings about my computer being hacked. Claimed these would not have been via email, couldn't give the email address and said they were in the log on the computer. Assumed scam and hung up after he could not justify why Microsoft would be calling.

Caller said they were from Microsoft support. Was very persistent despite my doubts. Hung up when I asked too many questions.
