I have a call and the woman new my address and full name and said she was going to send me vouchers and hung up. Knowing my name and address what kind of scam was this?

Persistent & pushy lady. Offered me vouchers which may or may not be useful. Then advised me of other offers subject to annual membership fee (£65?) which would be taken from my credit card. Got my number as I bought some facemasks during lockdown in 2020.
