Rang on my mobile. A London number I didn't recognise and also labelled as SPAM by my operator. I didn't answer, and it rang again a few seconds later. No message left so very little chance it was genuine. From other comments here, I'd say it was harassing at best and quite possibly dangerous.

These callers keep phoning constantly and it’s becoming too much. They just don’t let up.

I keep getting these calls all from different numbers this one said she was Sophie when I asked who is this, she knew my name and kept repeating it like she had a problem with the phone line then she hung up.

My phone flags likely spam callers but sometimes I answer just to hear what happens. This one connected and then behaved strangely, so I marked it as unwanted.

Classic PCP style pitch from a caller who didn’t sound professional at all. No proper firm would contact people this way which makes it very likely a scam attempt.

Called to verify my car finance claim, when I told him I didn't have any car finance and own my car outright he tried to convince me that I had submitted a form to them. When I told him once again he just hung up with no ifs, buts or thank you's. Phoenix claims.

Don't be fooled! I gave them false information to see what they wanted - talked about sending me a link to verify my information. I asked what the name of the company she worked for and she pretended not to hear me, kept saying "hello" until I gave her a made-up date of birth and she magically was able to hear that!!
