Clear junk ring. Went through the identical hassle as every note listed here. Fellow introduced as rep from fix firm named Ibrahim. Mentioned prior report on my place needing work.

Answered a call from this number, it was a male with a Scottish accent. He said he was calling up following a housing report - knew straight away it was a scam so pretended couldn’t hear and he hung up!

Caller claimed to be from a housing verification unit and said I had raised an issue about my property. The explanation made no sense and the questions felt designed to gather personal details rather than help. The whole conversation sounded scripted and misleading, and it became clear this was not a legitimate housing related call at all.

This appears to be linked to an insulation survey operation that has been reported many times before. The caller tried to sound official but could not explain who they really worked for. It followed the same pattern as known home insulation scams and should not be trusted.
