Clearly on a script as my one was word for word as 5th user on here has posted. Could not answer any questions. Clearly he would be wanting to sell me something after his 'survey' found that I 'needed' something doing. Must have about 4 of there every week.

Scam call 'Energy advisor for your postcode area...', but couldn't/wouldn't give my postcode, persistently trying to return to his script.

"Hi im the local energy advisor in your postcode area. I hope you're doing all OK today. The reason for the call today, your property has come up on the Energy Performance Register as still having the older, traditional loft insulation. This has now been deemed to cause condensation and mould in some properties.. not in all but in some. Most of the homes in your area already had the survey done, and what we're doing now is ringing around the last few properties that haven't had the survey. Can I ask, have you had the loft insulation checked since you had that loft insulation installed?" I told him he called a business, not private residence, and he disconnected.
