This guy who calls himself a local energy advisor I recognise his voice time and time again as he sounds about 21. Sad he's not been caught yet..He sounds English

Second time in a week called about loft insulation. I live in a block of flats. Scam. Would easily lull unsuspecting elderly into false sense of sdcurity as had a genuine english accent not someone from Delhi calling themselves ' jonathan'

Number called twice today and I gave the same "not interested" response. I think it is a recorded message at first because they don't listen to what you say and just continue speaking. They think that using a "posh" lady's voice will make you listen. Just say NO and hang up (or don't even say no!!)
