Claimed to be from O2, told him it was a scam, reported number and blocked

Claimed to be calling from 02. Told me that customers have signal issues and now want to issue a new SIM to everyone. I challenged her why O2 is not just sending SIM cards in post, and she said they will do, but they first need to take the code from me that she was about to message me. I got suspicious so hung up and I called O2 on 202 to check if call is genuine... They confirmed it is SPAM!

Claiming to be O2 and my sim was about to be blocked, sent code….. I accused him of trying to scam me and he was rude, I hung up.
