Tried to convince me I had a five year warranty for a washing machine - which I don’t. When I tried to correct her she abruptly told me to ‘stop shouting at her’ and became forceful. I tried to tell her that had the incorrect details but she then hung up suddenly. The voice had an Estuary English accent and sounded quite determined yet professional. I could understand how an elderly person would be intimidated by such an approach. This call left a sour taste in my mouth hence my decision to report it as Harassment.
