A lady with a strong Indian accent said my sim card will be blocked. She said not to worry and that they will send me a new card. I said I do not live in the country and that I keep my sim card for my contacts. She asked how much I pay. I said I have no bill. It is is pay as you go. She wanted the address of my home. I said I do not live in th uk and I will never give my address on the phone like that but she can send me the details to put in the system. She eventually hang up but this external call used all my credits. I recommend to hang up immediately when one mentions blocking your sim card.

Hi, they called me today, with info that my sim will be blocked in few days, becouse msny customers complaining with some issues (not me) and they decided to change sim cards. Afyer she wanyed some detaiks forme, i told her she must know everything, why she ask, i told just i have pay as you go, monthly £10 and she offered me new program monthly £5 and all unlimited. When i ask her if she call me coz of blocking card or she want to offer me new one, she hang up phone. She has very strong indian accent.
