I had a missed call, phoned them back. Person who answered claimed to be working for O2, said they are sending me a new sim card. Wanted to send me some texts as a security check 'We will then take some security details from you to prove you are the account holder'.
He would not stop jabbering, I asked him to slow down, carried on talking trying to stop me from asking questions and corralling me into agreeing, I told him "No" and put the phone down. I am certain this is a scam.

I kept receiving missed calls from the number and the lady asked me about my son’s O2 account contact which we already terminated. Because we had an issue with this contract and she said they are in the process of updating the service and they will send me a new SIM card. I started to have a feeling that the call is not genuinely from O2 but unfortunately this after she confirmed some information she already have about us. In the end I had to end the call with her and I’m going to check with O2 and get you updated.

Had a phone call from this number and she woulsnt say her nane or where she was from and wanted to get details of my tesco mobike account . I rang off and blocked her

Got a call around lunchtime, woman had a strong accent and wouldn’t explain where she was calling from. Sketchy.
