Indian woman called claiming to be from Virgin Media/O2 retention dept stating that she needed to send me a new SIM otherwise my contract would be terminated. She immediately asked for my Memorable word and when I refused, she then wanted my email address. I told her that I would ring my service provider direct. End of conversation. Goodbye....

Claimed to be O2 and that my number was going to be cancelled in 48 hours. Indian sounding caller in VERY noisy call centre. Got very aggressive when I didn’t follow her instruction to get into O2 website. I hung up !
