Woman with Australian accent saying she is my energy advisor.
I am registered with the TPS.
I think the law should be changed to make the person making the call legally responsible for compliance. Companies would then find it very difficult to get anyone to work for them.
Telephone service providers should also be held to account more for allowing calls from overseas through if that call is routed to appear it's coming from a UK number. They have the technology.

Received several calls from different numbers including today this one. All are concerned with loft insulation. When I ask where they got my number from they go silent and hang up

This is the 12 time the same lady has phoned up about loft insulation when I ask for full company details they hang up! Can OfCom not investigate where these calls are coming from, accent is probably South African ?

Pretended to be energy advisors in my area. Told them I was a tenant and they would need to contact my landlord, that my landline number was registered with the TPS, that this was a scam call and Goodbye
