Says heating initiative from gov Absolute nuisance , a number of calls from similar numbers

Claim to be from the government for home/energy upgrades. They are relentless. I block the number, they call from a very similar number. Sometimes I am getting 3-4 calls per day. Very annoying, actually harassment!

I received two calls in quick succession. One from this number and one from 01594 480383. Both from the same lady. She tried to continue the conversation from the second call that she started on the first. Phishing for information.
