Says they were calling to discuss changes to my life insurance policy. Extremely rude and talked over me. I expressed that any changes to my policy, I would like in writing either via email or post. Person became very passive-aggressive.

Said she was wanting to check in my life insurance policy. That it was up to date and to make sure I get a payout. I asked her what lender or broker she was representing and she said none. I said I’d rather speak with my financial advisor as I know him and don’t you! BYE
