Rang me on this number telling me I was due a cheque for £3748.00 next Wednesday re ppi claim and that a claims manager would ring me back to sort everything in 15 minutes 1 hour later I get a call from 07417990534 the man on the phone spoke good English then proceeded to tell me I had to pay £200 today for a certificate of obligation so I presume this is the con he said the bank wouldn’t cash the cheque without the certificate to which I said I’m not paying £200 to get ripped off so for the next 15-20 minutes he tried to convince me otherwise

CALLED ME 3 TIMES TODAY. Next2Finance or some rubbish. Indian guy, can barely understand him. I’m not interested mate!!!
