The call was probably from an Indian call centre (scam centre), I have been targeted by similar scams before. He was actually cold calling me and offering lifetime TPS, so offering to block the kind of calls he was actually making himself.

a very rude person (overtalked over me) when i asked what they wanted just talked rubbish i hung up on them and they kept calling back number is now blocked (expecting more calls from a similar number in the upcoming days) thats how they roll .
