Apparent scam

Had a few of these now, but this is an interesting variation on the theme. It makes a nice change from the usual suspects. It sounds as if they've recruited a 60 a day grandma called "Jo" from Essex who tells you she is an "energy advisor", (as if..), and starts off into her script by asking you if you are the home owner. I answered "No" to see her reaction and it stopped her in her tracks and she, very rudely I thought, just cut me off. Oh well, I shall look forward to the next time...

Said my property had come up on a register that needed new loft insulation, hung up when I told him that I don’t have a loft as there is a flat above me.
