I hung up before they got too comfortable. They asked if I was the house owner. I asked who was calling and their reply was regarding our house insulation. I just hung up as I didn’t wish to get into a long unrelated conversation. I rated it as harassing because of the tone of her voice and there was no reply to my question.

Cold caller re insulation when told no interest as all done in the last 5 years, she hung up on me without further response. See this number don’t bothering answering. Ignored fact am registered with TPS.
