Long delay then voice states the caller is Chris from the local energy advisor board blah blah. Same caller every week but from a different number. Had about 10 calls from same voice over last month or 2.

Cold Call. The conversation went something like this . . ."Hello, I'm Chris from the Hertfordshire Energy Advisory Boa..." then I hung up. We get a lot of calls from so called 'Energy Advisers'. They may not all be from this same number, but we could do without any of them them thanks.

First clue is the delay when you pick up the phone, then a,click. An amateurish pre recorded message says that the call is being monitored for quality purposes. Then a woman called Jo who sounded like she smokes 100 fag's a day states that she from the Energy Advisory Board. I know you're not Jo you are trying to sell loft instalation with scare tactics as you've phoned me before.

02038966032 cold call about loft insulation. Indian accent. Tired of getting these calls even though I’m on the TPS.
