Caller claims to be from Sky tv and was told that I was entitled to 40% discount. Soft spoken man he was ringing as I had ignored their emails to me. Told him that no emails had been received but I was not interest in any additional Sky products. Asked him to tell me what my email address was and house address and post code as per my Sky account, he could not. Told him that he was obviously a scammer as he could not confirm my Sky info, asked what he had as my email address and he started to read it out as O for Oscar, S for Sugar. I stopped him to state that those letters were not in my email address lol. Oddly enough he continued to remain calm while still trying to give the Sky 40% upgrade discount, I asked if he was based in India, he went silent, then laughed and terminated the call.
