Calls my mobile quite regularly. Comes up as potential fraud. I never answer it. Within seconds I then receive (supposedly from O2) a security code to retrieve my O2 account. I ignore that as well.

Please hang up if they call They fake they are from o2. Send a code to your phone and ask you to tell them it. DON'T DO IT. They wouldn't even tell me my name . Said once I'd given them the code they could.
