Female caller said fibreglass or Rockwell loft insulation previously installed at my property by a government energy saving scheme is now deemed to be a lung irritant. Wanted me to provide my property address to arrange for a surveyor to come and conduct a free survey. Caller declined to provide company name or website details for me to verify before going ahead and so I asked how I could be sure it wasn't a scam, at which point she immediately rang off.

Jo from energy company difficult to hang up politely as she wouldn't shut up so blocked. They use slightly different numbers each time. 020 34249 then 386 or 379 etc.

The same as previous, aggressive sounding woman talking over me saying booking me in for replacement loft insulation. I get loads of these annoying calls. Keep telling them mine is fine please take my name off your list. They use different numbers

Jo from energy about free survey for loft insulation,saying they would send someone out to go through your loft for FREE and check insulation makes you wonder whats in it for them.Her voice sounded AI generated she just kept talking over you then stopping at wrong times if you questioned her.Then she would start up with same babble again, just seemed fishy.Marked this up as Scam as something just felt bad about it.Other call checkers are saying the same.
